On the 21st, I gave Miracle Gro to all the petunias in the back and the front.  I planted some petunias in pots in the front and even in the area near the sidewalk.  Tom had said, "You have to water them."  Well, I am not going anywhere much this summer so I figured this is the year to do this.

The cucumber and zucchini just started to poke through the dirt on May 23.

The garden grows fuller every day.

May 15, 2020 Petunias!

Really excited about the new color I found at King Soopers, burned red.  Kind of rust.
Matches the marigolds.

Then pink mostly in the front

I moved a lot of little cosmos seedlings to the back. Tom did not like how they took over the garden last year

Planted a Lily of the Valley that was from Tom Siekmeir's mom's garden

Also put a wave white petunia in.  And I put another petunia in the back

Moved a snap dragon over here.

It's still cool and I bring in the tomatoes but put in all the squash and cucumber seeds.

This is the lone volunteer lettuce.  The cucumbers are on both sides of the chicken wire fence.  Summer squash and zucchini are in this area.  I have Popsicle sticks marking the areas.
