April 19, 2025 I am in Hong Kong but the seeds got watered

 

April 10, 2025 Planted seeds

 And I planted a lot of seeds!  I planted peas in the usual place.  Marigolds all along the east edge.

Lettuce, spinach next to the marigolds on the edges.  Carrots on the north edge.  

And I planted lots of seeds: snapdragons, zinnias, wildflowers, sunflowers, Poppy.  It looks like my some perennials from last year might be coming up.

I leave tomorrow and praying for rain. Laura said she'd come over a couple times.

I return April 30. This is the last year for a trip like this.

my  watch kept saying I was doing cardio although I only walked .2 miles. ha ha

My white amaryllis fell over. sad.

But I have enjoyed them these 3 days

 Tom and I have been turning the manure over, cleaning out the gardens.  

I hope to plant one week from today.

Tom got two amarillys on sale and they actually have sprouted

One had fallen off the window sill overnight.  It will open while I am in Dallas

Enjoying this for a few days then off to Asia.
