This explains what happened. I woke up in LA on Thursday and Joan had put on FB that it had snowed. Ugh. I kind of worried but then just forgot about it and enjoyed a beautiful day and flight home. Rushed home and covered everything.
May 19th was so cold and there was a freeze warning.
