May 25 2024 Day.

Just to keep track.  I have spent $445 total on the garden and I am not done.  Twice at Walmart and twice at Big Tool box

I don't know if I will buy much more.

I planted the coleus, petunias, another sedum, and the dahlias. What is tough about dahlias is that they take so long and you have to wonder if anything is happening.

So a lot of work in the new perennial garden.  I hope to put a lily in this afternoon and the snow in summer, and a zinnia.  I got some impatiens for the garden near the Baileys. They planted their tomatoes early and the tomatoes are doing really well.

Tom put these two medal hanging things out front for two hanging baskets.  I may not use those because hanging baskets are expensive.  And I had already bought some plants (geranium, marigold, sweet potato vine, spike) for the while plastic containers.

At Hobby Lobby this week I bought a simple sunflower wreath and I took down that welcome rabbit thing and put a flat basket up.

Hoping those dahlias come up. Red petunia for color

The old rose bush was given to me in 1999 by Nancy Fritz. Saw this miniature yellow and thought I'd add it
